Slow down the formation of wrinkles fast.

Welcome, today I would like to talk about a healthy diet which may slow down wrinkle formation. Now a lot of this is common since, but I thought I would throw it out here anyways. Unhealthy diets don’t just make you feel bad or make you fat, they also can play havoc on your skin. Here is a few healthy tips that you can follow to add to your arsenal of wrinkle free skin care program.

  1. Eat at least three servings of fruit a day and make sure one of those servings are during your dinner meal.
  2. Add carrots to your diet. Beta carotene helps reduce wrinkles.
  3. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Try to have a glass of water with each meal in place of a soft drink.
  4. Introduce more greens into your diet.

Those are four tips that will get you heading in the right direction. I am real believer in this diet thing because I never really paid attention to what I ate because I never had a problem until I hit 40. Since I have been more conscience of what I eat I have notice a difference in my complexion. Unfortunately age plays a roll as well so diet alone will not do the trick.

Is wrinkle free skin care possible?

Hello friends, my name is Kimberly and welcome to my new blog about wrinkle free skin care. Yes that’s right. You see, I am at war with my wrinkles. Wrinkles are not picky, they attack females and males alike. My obsession with wrinkle has caused me to spend countless hours on the Internet searching for information on how to care for my skin and hopefully slow down or even reverse the fine-lines and wrinkles.

So my mission is to share with all of you the things I find that work and save you the trouble of wasteing your time with things that do not work.

Wrinkle and fine-lines are a product of ageing. It happens to all of us, well almost all of us as there are a select few who are blessed with great genes and seem to never age. Oh how I envy them.

Here are somethings you can do to help slow the process.

  • When out in the sun for a prolonged period make sure you apply a lotion with SPF 15 or higher.
  • Make sure you use a soap that does not dry your skin.
  • Use Aloe type lotion on your skin daily.
  • Do not smoke.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Sleep on your back.

People laugh at me when I tell them that last one. But it is scientifically proven that if you sleep on your side gravity makes you skin drupe. Over time wrinkles will form where your skin sags.

I am currently looking for non surgical ways of eliminating fine-lines and wrinkles and you can be sure that as I find them I’ll post it here for all of you to see.
